ELEVATE YOUR GAME

Personal & Small Group Training

Take your field hockey performance to the next level. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all training.

Whether you're aiming to make the varsity roster, improve your club performance, or prepare for NCAA Division I play, our customized 1-on-1 Personal Training and Small Group Sessions provide the focused, individualized technical development to help you reach your goals.

Our Core Offerings

  • 1-on-1 Private Training: Deep-dive technical coaching, position-specific skill refinement (striking, elimination moves, tackling, or goalkeeping), and immediate real-time feedback.
  • Small Group Training (2–4 Athletes): Game-realistic tactical scenarios, competitive pacing, and intense skill-building alongside peers of similar skill levels.

Experienced Coaching Staff

Choose from our USAFH Certified local Coaches to tailor your private training. Our staff brings NCAA Division I, II & III experience, international umpiring expertise, and top-tier coaching certifications directly to your sessions.
