USA Field Hockey Age Groups Definitions

Age groups are based on age as of AUG 1ST 2026

• U8 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2018, are eligible.

• U10 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2016, are eligible.

• U12 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2014, are eligible.

• U14 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2012, are eligible.

• U16 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2010, are eligible.

• U19 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2007, are eligible.
