HELLO VENOM FAMILY!

As a club we pride ourselves on our recruits that we send out into the world. In our 10+ years of sending kids to college we have boasted a wide range or schools and levels from D2 & D3 all the way to D1 National Champions Northwestern where Venom alum Kayla Joyce (GK) currently plays and wears a National Championship Ring!

Alongside our NCAA recruitment tournaments that we go to, National Indoor Tournament, Shooting Star Thanksgiving NCAA Showcase, Regional Club Championships, Shooting Star Easter NCAA Showcase, we have partnered with the NFHCA and their recruiting platform which ALL NCAA coaches use. The NFHCA is the National Field Hockey Coaches Association. Every NCAA and ultimately every coach in the USA is a member of the NFHCA. It is the meeting ground and learning center for all Field Hockey Coaches. They also are a part of hosting the Shooting Star Showcase tournaments.

We already have some members signed up and using the platform, if YOU have already paid money to be on the platform, please contact me and we can get you added to the club platform.

If you wish to become a member you can join for the lower cost of $250/year, the club will make up the difference as our investment into you helping you get recruited to college.

NFHCARecruits is the software platform behind our club’s recruiting process and is endorsed by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA). We chose NFHCARecruits to ensure that you all have access to best-in-class technology to take control of your recruiting process. The NFHCA created their own recruiting platform and we have become a member club, where you can use the platform to connect with NCAA coaches, see their avaliability and what tournaments they might be attending. A central platform to put your grades and hockey resume and use it to connect with every NCAA coach in the country.

We will be holding virtual seminars on recruiting, best practices for contact with college coaches as well as tips on how to make your highlight reel and which clips to send. As well as how to act at showcases and what college coaches are really looking for i.e sideline behavious and attitude when things don’t go well.
